Gestalt therapy is a recognized humanistic and experiential form of psychotherapy. At its center is the person with their thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and relationships – exactly as they experience themselves in the present moment.
In Gestalt therapy, we explore together:
Where am I right now? What am I feeling and thinking? How do I perceive my body? What do I truly need or long for? Which fears, inner conflicts, or relationship patterns accompany me – and which inner resources do I already carry within myself?
An important focus of Gestalt therapy lies in the here and now, as well as in the authentic encounter between therapist and client. Gestalt therapy can help people reconnect with themselves, their needs, and with others.
Gestalt therapeutic support can be especially helpful, for example, in cases of:
- anxiety and inner restlessness
- exhaustion and burnout
- depression and lack of motivation
- separation, loss, and grief
- relationship conflicts
- stress and sleep problems
- shame, anger, and inner insecurity
- life changes and new beginnings
- questions of identity, sexuality, or orientation
- intercultural experiences and crises
- difficult life situations and emotional crises
- strengthening joy, vitality, and connection to life
Change often does not happen through pressure or ready-made solutions, but step by step – through conscious awareness, new experiences, and small experiments within the safe space of therapy.
Sessions can take place in person in Berlin or online – in German, English, or Polish.
