I spent one half of my life in Poland and the other half in Berlin. Living between languages, cultures, and different realities of life continues to shape me and also influences my therapeutic approach.
I work as a psychotherapist with a focus on Gestalt therapy in Berlin and support people experiencing difficult life situations, crises, relationship conflicts, phases of anxiety, exhaustion, disorientation, or personal change.
Education and Professional Background
I studied Applied Linguistics with a focus on Psycholinguistics, as well as Psychology Education and Foreign Language Didactics. For many years, I have also been working as a teacher of Psychology and English at a secondary school in Berlin.
Alongside my educational work as a psychology teacher, I completed a four-year training program in Gestalt therapy (approximately 1,400 hours of theory and practice) at the Institute for Gestalt Therapy and Gestalt Pedagogy in Berlin, which is recognized by the German Association for Gestalt Therapy (DVG). I also passed the examination for Heilpraktiker for Psychotherapy issued by the local public health authority in Germany.
My Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic work is based on the principles of Gestalt therapy. The focus lies on self-awareness, contact, emotional processes, body awareness, and the way people relate to themselves and to others.
Many journeys and an international circle of friends have broadened my perspective on different life paths, cultural backgrounds, and personal experiences. I meet people with different identities, sexual orientations, and biographies with openness, appreciation, and a non-judgmental attitude.
Support and encounter
I would be glad to accompany you for a part of your journey toward greater clarity, self-awareness, and inner vitality. I do not see myself as someone who provides ready-made answers, but rather as a companion who looks, listens, and creates space together with you.
Sessions can take place both in person in Berlin and online. Therapy is available in German, English, and Polish.
I look forward to meeting you.
